THE PRINTABLE SPORTSFILM IS IDEAL FOR PHOTO-REALISTIC IMAGES, OR TONES, TO CREATE MULTI-COLORED DESIGNS

This is a polyurethane film for full color graphics with total opacity for heat transfer application, ideal for printing high quality, four-color graphics, and providing total opacity. It is perfect for print and cut because of its polyester carrier. The material is thin, white and extremely easy to weed, and is easy to cut through to the polyester backing. The material enables a reduction in production time when printing heat transfers suitable for garment application with your eco-solvent printer/cutter. Sportsfilm was developed so that it will dry very quickly thus saving unnecessary down time before heat application.

Colors remain vibrant after washing, the effect is soft with a matte finish. Coated with a specialty adhesive designed for application on a wide range of fabrics, including synthetics, performance wear and many designer textiles.

CUTTING NOTES

You should always test cut prior to any production run. Remember cutter settings will need to be adjusted as your blade ages. Cutting too deep will result in weeding or masking difficulties.

l Temperature: 130° / 150°C l Time: 10 sec. / 5 sec. l Pressure: medium l (#4-6 on Hotronix®) l Peel: hot.
