This external hard drive combines a SuperSpeed USB 3.0 interface with a 7,200 RPM hard disk and an enhanced TurboPC EX data transfer and data copy utility to give an amazing speed performance. The USB 3.0 interface allows ultra fast data transfer speeds of up to 5 Gbps which is ideal for storing video and data-intensive digital content. The Buffalo DriveStation™ Velocity is backwards compatible with USB 2.0.
